Hi Deneece, I asked you after that happened if you look at one of my comments on here, if the butter was left out, that's ok, the chocolate icing with bananas was really good and by the way the cake is sooooo outstanding and moist, it was a big hit. Next I'm making the Polish cookies and if they pass the test I'm taking them up to New Jersey to my BFF Polish girlfriend and her Dad and Husband are Polish too. Hugs.

hey rose i just posted it was my fault i didnt add the butter and i had the directions messed up. on my old comp if you touched the pad the wrong way it would erase things or take you backwards from where you were typing. its the only thing i can figure might have happened, i am sooooo sorry. i didnt notice it sooner! hugs back : )

Thanks Deneece, the frosting recipe didn't whip up for me, I don't know why, so I had to go with chocolate, that's all I had left in the house. Maybe I missed an ingrediant but oh well win some loose some. If you have any ideas why let me know. hugs. R
